Ive been a patient here for almost five years and after my most recent experience, I will not be returning. Overall, it was a string of disappointing events. I wanted to use my insurance to replace lenses in frames I already owned. I recently got new vision insurance, but for some reason the staff were unable to look it up through their system, even after I confirmed the type of insurance I had. Being that I was there on a Saturday, they suggested paying out of pocket and sorting out the insurance on Monday. On that Monday, my insurance company confirmed my coverage and gave me the information that the staff would need to process everything. When I called Siegel Eye Care, I was told that they were unable to refund me, submit an insurance claim, or anything else remotely helpful. It was very disappointing, especially since I had just been told that they would be able to sort it all out only two days prior. I never received a phone call when my glasses were available. When I went to pick them up, the frames were caked in a white film, which the staff person kept blaming on the age of the frames. When I was able to scrape it off, she acknowledged that this was from the lab and that they should have been cleaned after the lenses were placed (i.e., not due to the age of the frames). Overall, the staff did not seem to be knowledgeable in regards to the variability between insurance types and how claims should be processed. Further, they did not in any way own their responsibility in fumbling my insurance information, which was just the final straw. For these reasons, I will not be returning and I suggest others look elsewhere when in need of eye care in Pittsburgh,

Ive been going here for years and although I love the doctor I will not be returning next year, I am going on 4 weeks of waiting for my glasses they waited 2 weeks to call and tell me "the company lost my frames" and now here I am STILL waiting its very annoying being my other glasses broke so Im driving around not able to see. Very disappointed I understand the other company is supposedly to blame but I think it could have been handled a lot better by the actual office. Will be seeking a new eye doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Pusz for the past 7 years now and would not think about switching eye doctors. In simple words she is great at her profession. Her and all the staff have always been very friendly and professional. Does not take long to get appointments and you DO NOT wait long when youre at your appointment. They have a great selection of glasses also. I trust them with my eyes and my childrens eyes and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great eye doctor to have for years on out.

Love the services the doctors provide; however, not impressed with the receptionist. I was given attitude when I asked when my last appointment was. She acted as if I was a burden...I will call back later when I can speak to someone else, not going to waste my time with someone who will be rude with me.

I have nothing but praise for Dr. Pusz. She did a thorough exam and took ample time to explain her finding and options for new glasses. In addition, I went in two separate times to look at frames. The staff was patient showing me frame options and offering technical advice on lenses. GREAT!

Visited here for the first time and was treated with much respect. Felt comfortable with my eye doctor (Bressler) I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment time and they got me checked in and out within 45 minutes. Very efficient and friendly experience. Highly recommend
