Dedicated doctors and staff! The doctors and staff go above and beyond to assist with your eye related needs. My first 5 star encounter was with Dr. English. I cant say enough as to how much he helped my father during a difficult time involving his eyesight. Truly Dr. English is amazing! His entire office also worked quickly to help my father with scheduling and eye care related needs. My second five star encounter was last week when I experienced first hand superior treatment by Dr. Dillner and the entire office that I came into contact with during my emergency visit. Dr. Dillner provided prompt and careful diagnosis with instruction. This practice delivers medical treatment in a devoted manner and surpasses five stars based on our experiences. Thank you!

Best eye exam Ive had in years. Dr. English is thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to review my eye health with me and since he wears glasses understands how particular those of us who cant wear contacts can be about fit etc. His staff was caring and is dedicated to him and his practice. How do I know that??? One of his assistants told me how she believes in him since she is under his care for an eye issue of her own. And she loves working for him. Good boss to have. Ive worn glasses for 52 years and this was one of my best experiences. Have to go back to the 80s to find someone like Dr. English. Ill be back!

Been waiting one month for my glasses. I have to call them. They never update me. Always "should be here tomorrow or next day at latest." That was a week ago. "Your perscription must be more difficult" hasnt been for Costco in the past. Been to 3 guys optical.. terrible.. this place... starting to think the same... why is it the,places who take insurance cant seem to get it right but Costco where you pay less without insurance gets it right? One star for the store and their staff. 5 stars for the Doctor and his staff which was friendly and thorough. Too bad the store isnt up to par.

I started going to Dr. English about two years ago after having been to several other eye doctors. He immediately noted that I had been wearing the wrong type of contacts and that they had caused an infection in my eyes. He switched my prescriptions and had me come back for follow-up appointments to make sure that everything was healing nicely. He is a very compassionate doctor, and I actually look forward to getting my eyes examined.

The office staff is friendly and helpful. The doctors utilize the latest in technology as well as the time-honored methods of examining and testing, so the exam is very thorough and the results are carefully explained. The appointments are not rushed so you have plenty of time to ask questions. Id recommend this practice to friends and family.
