Hoy fui a retirar los lentes de mi hijo, y me entregaron un trabajo de mala calidad los lentes estaban en deforme condiciones ademas que los plasticos estaban mal cortados y los ninos corren el riesgo de una caida cortarse la cara, tube mala atencion por mas de 1:30 minutos me mandaban a rodar de silla nadie resolvia perdi hablar con el manager y me dijeron que estaba pocos dias y que debia llamar todos los dias para ver cuando podian atenderme ya que pedi el reintegeo de mi dinero y nadie me dio solucion, al final una senora me dijo de manera despota, que queria yo de calidad por los lentes? si eran por el seguro que no cubria si no bajos precios, el hecho que sean por el seguro y que yo haya pagado un excedente por los lentes de mis hijos, no da derecho al mal servicio y calidad que ellos dan...sali del lugar frustrada por su mala atencion y sobre todo por la mala calidad de sus productos.

For the most part it was a good experience. The doctor was kind and patient and the majority of the staff were friendly. However one of the workers came off a bit arrogant. I specifically informed her my son was on the spectrum and this was his first exam. This was just after his eyes were dilated and he was crying to go home I sat with her to look at glasses for him. Because he was frustrated and had sensory overload he was having a meltdown and she then informed me she has children of her own and that I should make him stop his behavior. I understand not many people understand autism but i didnt feel it was her place to try to give parenting advice to a special needs mom that is juggling to manage getting something done for her child, being patient and understanding for her child, and not getting offended by someone telling me Im enabling an over stimulated behavior. Unfortunately a stressful situation just got more stressful. I am currently looking for a place that specializes with children with special needs. If it wasnt for this turn of events I would say this place was great. Just didnt work out that great for us.

I highly recommend Advance Vision Care. The office is clean and tidy and has a great selection of eye glassware, the staff is organized and very friendly, and the doctor is extremely personable and caring.
