Dr.Megan is very rude and lacking in customer service. Ive had the displeasure of dealing with her twice. The first time she insulted my age and the second time, a prime opportunity to help another youngster like herself shoved a new patient out the door because of the time on the wall. She wont exchange genuine pleasantries but she will absolutely make sure you pay. Poor customer service and a dry personality are definitely the specialty. I understand that she is youngish but expecting a professional to look better than your kid in a tshirt and jeans is not too much to ask for. She dresses like a slob. You definitely wont feel like you went to a "real" doctor.

Called several times to make an appointment during regular business hours. Each time received a message saying: "Welcome to Verizons voice mail system, to enter your mail box, press *, otherwise please redial the number you are calling with the area code." Found out they are on lunch until 2:00PM. They said they were going to check the voice mail system.
