They deserve 0 stars. The first time I went there I had to wait hours just to get seen. The employees there are very rude and are always in a rush with things. One day I called them, the lady said the telephone greeting and put me directly on hold, she didnt ask me one question. The service is HORRIBLE. They always say the glasses are going to be there in 2 to 3 weeks. You ask them if they can put a rush on it they say yes but the glasses come 3 weeks later. They need a whole new set of employees who really enjoy their job. I been going here for about 3 years and it never changed. I didnt want to write a bad review but the truth is the truth. They just want your money or your insurance money. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION

1.5 hours of waiting all for the doctor to ask my, "why am I even there"? For the last year I have had headaches because this office prescribed me the wrong prescription. I go back this year (mistake on my part)for them to tell me that my lenses were over prescribed. They issued me new contacts and now my vision is blurry! I rescheduled an apt and all the doctor wants to do is change lenses. Maybe after the third visit it will be right? Let alone they have me two week contacts two weeks ago, so what am I supposed to do until the next set comes in? The only recommendation I would make is to not recommend this place!

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO DO ANY BUSINESS WITH ANY OF THE OFFICES. THEIR COMPANY WAS TAKEN OVER AND HAS LEFT ALL PATIENTS WITH NO INFORMATION-WHO TO CALL-WHERE TO GO. MY MOTHER JUST HAD CATARET SURGERY BY THEMIN THE WEST BOCA OFFICE AND NOW THEIR ANSWERING MACHINE SAYS CALL 911 - NO OTHER INFORMATION TO CONTACT THEM. OFFICES ARE ALL CLOSED. THE AVENTURA OFFICE IS SUPPOSE TO BE OPEN-THEY HANG UP ON YOU AS SOON AS THE PHONE RINGS!!! THEY SHOULD LOSE THEIR LICENSES.

Other reviews complain of waiting times, however at this point I dont know any doctors office that takes care of you in under an hour. I was in and out of the office in just under an hour and a half. The office has very friendly staff who offer their assistance whenever necessary. Will continue to follow up with this office. A++

Over 2 hours of waiting before being seen. It seems like they scheduled 20 people within a 30 minute window. Doctors seem careless. Tried rushing out of the room before explaining diagnosis. Seemed very impatient. The staff has lots of excuses for why you have to wait. Would not recommend.

Consumers be aware of the disrespect and lack of customer service from scheduling appointments. Additionally, website is outdated, which the front desk receptionist/office manager was unaware of the companys website or the contents on the site.
