I am here with my daughter and 2 grandchildren her appointment was for 10:20 am and it is now 12:07 pm and she has yet to be seen by a doctor. A nurse rudely came and shut the door saying my grandchildren were to loud people were complaining well gee they are hungry and NO ONE should have to wait for a doctor an hour and 50 minutes after their appointment. Had we had been seen in a timely manner we would have been in and out within a half hour of appointment as doctor only looks at her for 20 minutes. Bad move for a health care facility I know I will go somewhere other than here!

I had "eye lift" surgery 1 yr ago...the staff was amazing and the exam was very thorough, I was NOT happy with the end result of the lift..I still have the same droopy lids I started with...Im not the least bit happy with the results...if I had known this was going to be the end results I would have looked elsewhere.

I placed an order for eyeglasses at the UPMC Presbyterian Eye Store. Its been almost two weeks and I havent heard back from the shop. I tried calling the shop multiple times but nobody attends to the calls. This is probably the worst eye shop service I have seen in my life.
