John Facciani, Tabitha, Betty, and everyone else at Vistar are truly amazing in every aspect. These are the only doctors, nurses, assistants, etc. that my daughter has ever tolerated. She actually enjoys going here, in fact, and to be honest we do too. Its incredible how well they treat both you and your children. John takes time to listen to your concerns and explain every detail of his treatment procedure. He answers every question you ask him. And Tabitha is a magician with her ability to charm even the most frightened child. She is beyond amazing too. The opticians are great as well, and make sure the glasses and prescription youve ordered are the ones youve received. This is especially important if youre buying glasses for a child who is too young to tell you the glasses were made wrong! The selection of childrens glasses is great.

I had a great experience with Vistar Eye Center on Franklin Rd. The staff was wonderful, and the doctor was amazing with my 8 month old. I appreciated him being on time since it was a 2 hour appointment. I had a different experience with the one in Salem, which I will say, I was not impressed. I understand doctors can run behind, however; the front office staff didnt seem to care to tell me he was behind. I waited with my son 45 minutes to be seen, and it probably would have been longer had I not inquired. I did not like the fact that they had to hold my son down to get eye drops in his eyes, who has ADD and Aspergers. It was basically barbaric and traumatizing. It took awhile to calm him down after that. I wont ever go back to Salem again.

I have high myopia with astigmatism in both eyes. I communicated my concerns to every person I spoke with in reference to having a complicated prescription. Saw two different eye drs and I see worse with each of the two prescriptions compared to my old glasses. I would definitely not recommend them to anyone.

I was very impressed by Dr. Facciani. He was very nice & great with my 3 year old son. All of the staff, the receptionists & the nurses were very friendy, & attentive to both me & my son. I would definately recommend Vistar Eye Center & Dr. Facciani!
