I have never had such a disappointing experience with a so-called "professional" medical office. My doctor visit was uneventful, but everything from there went downhill. When I went to the office, I gave a paper with the names and fax numbers of two doctors who needed the test results, but nothing was sent to either doctor. I had also asked for test results, and never received anything. I had a billing question and tried five times to get an answer (one email to patient portal, three phone messages, and a letter marked "personal & confidential" to Dr. Findlan) with NO RESPONSE in over six weeks. Then when I finally got someone on the phone, she began telling me all about their personnel problems and how many long hours she has been working to fix problems caused by an alcoholic they hired. I told her that I would pay their bill as soon as the test results were provided and she had the gall to threaten to take me to the magistrate if the bill wasnt paid right away. No apology for six weeks with no response to my email and messages, no apology for not sending the results as requested, just belligerence and threats. Do yourself a favor and stay away from a place that thinks you are just an annoyance.

I am a patient of Dr. Findlan and Dr. Godlewski. I would most definitely recomend these fine doctors for eye care. They treat me in a professional way. Always there to give their patients the very best care . All of the office staff are very friendly. I also want to thank Ginger for helping me select my new glasses. Without a doubt I would rate Dr. Findlan and Dr. Godlewski as number one in helping me and others. I would give them more than Five Stars I would give them Five Thousand Stars. Boomer

All I wanted to know is if my sunglasses came in. Two women sitting at the front desk said sign in, there was only one woman working on the glass section taking care of customers. Im three customers back for a yes or no answer that I should be able to get at the front desk.
