Horrible experience. Everything started off well. Things were moving smoothly, until a female worker said that my lenses were too think for metal glasses. This is fine, but I just wanted to understand the concept before picking glasses (that way I would pick the perfect ones for my lenses). I asked the worker "so does that go for all metal frames or just some" from that point on she called back up (from another female worker). They both talked about me and laughed at me amongst each other. They told me that they dont care what I end up getting and that they tried to help but if I cant understand, to get what I want. Horrible customer service and its very disappointing. Id never expect this type of customer service from two grown ladies. Very disappointed. I just asked a question and wanted clarification. Instead of just clarifying...Im really not sure what went wrong. Just very rude and dramatic from that point on.

I have to go back for A THIRD time tomorrow because my glasses have been messed up twice now. First the wrong perscription was entered in for both of my glasses. Second, they scuffed on lense on one pair and both lenses on my second pair. Im not sure how a lense place doesnt catch that they scuffed up a lense, shouldnt they know how to take care of them? Thirdly, they lost the cloth wipes and cases that came with my glasses, that I PAID FOR and juat grabbed two random cases off another table and told me theyll call me IF they find my cloth wipes. Terrible service!!!!!!

No complaints here. The people were very helpful. After my eye exam which also went smoothly, they let me take my time looking through the wide selection of glasses. They called my insurance company to clarify the details of my insurance benefits and very clearly explained the options available to me.

Staff friendly but dont really care to "help" you, not much interested in selling glasses either, theyd rather get you on the eye exam racket. I planned on buying at least two pair, one sunglasses, but they wanted me to wait a week for an appointment. I ended up walking out on them.
