Horrible...less than a ONE. Five years later is still have terrible Halos and night vision. Dr. Martinelli switched lasik surgeons on me right before the surgery and would not refund my deposit when I said I wanted the original surgeon. I had to move forward or lose $$. Next, the pain was excruciating DURING surgery meaning something went wrong! I asked for help over and over and got very angry, but they said "my eyes just werent done healing yet" and tried to keep me happy with a free bottle of eye drops. What angers me the most is that they would never just admit that this surgery went bad and treated me horribly. Warning to all....do not let them touch your eyes! AND DO NOT OPT FOR THE EXTRAS!

Ive been meaning to write this for about a year. I had been going here since I moved to the Uniontown area a few years ago. Never had a problem until my last eye exam. The exam was fine, but the guy who sold and fit my frames was a jackass. I paid extra for the insurance then my glasses broke. He didnt want to fix them. After I made him he told my wife that "I broke them on purpose." Why? Why would I brake my glasses on purposes when you are just going to replace them with the exact same pair? Going somewhere else for my exam this year.

My daughters and I had to switch from a previous provider due to insurance reasons, I am very glad we did Dr. Martinelli is very good at what he does and was happy to answer any questions we had. I will recommend him in the future.

Would highly recommend the service that I received. I wasnt happy with my frames but they worked with me until I found a pair that I liked. Good eye exam and a wonderful doctor. The people there were kind to me and patient.

The practice itself is great, however Dr John Martinelli is a pompus, arrogant, know it all. He lacks both bedside manner and cooth. But no need to take my advise. Feel free to meet him yourself and form your own opinion.
