After I had hard time making first visit appoinrment for my husband and son over the phone I got frustrated and drove down to the office. If it was not for Dr. Kim who also is the dentist in philadelphia area had done 4 great implants job for my husband and referred his own brother to us since we only live 10 minutes away I would just hang up the phone. At the office they scheduled us in September and October which is in 3 month later just for an evaluation and cleaning. They said they have 4 hygienist and that is earlist time. Maybe each person works on each day. I checked their business hours and no wonder that the office hours are extremely inconvenient. The office closes for an hour for lunch, everyday close at 5 or 6 pm, except at 8 pm on Tuesday, and it is 1/2 day on Friday, and close on Sat and Sunday. I found great dental Associate even near home with 5 dentist and great office hours and most of all receptionist had a great schduling/ phone manner without any attitude. I was able to get appointments for following week. Beware that Signature Dental = Warminster Dental. I feel that My time and efforts were wasted. Never again.....

The staff is always courteous, friendly and efficient. Ive been going to Signature Dental for 5+ years and have been extremely satisfied with the dental care that Ive received. Ive had 2 dental emergencies in the past and on both occasions they fit me into their schedule and performed the work necessary. Dr Valen always takes the time to explain my options and answer all of my questions. I feel lucky to have found this office!

Dr. Kim is the best dentist around! I have been to many other dental offices of which none compare to type of care you get at this practice! I was never once pushed to do any unneeded work and Dr. Kim is very honest and easy to talk to! Everyone at the practice is super friendly and accommodating. Going to the dentist is never fun, but the staff makes you feel at home. Thanks again guys! Couldnt say anything bad about your practice!

Love the hygienists who take extra time as I have a neck condition and they always ask if I am comfortable.
