I had some fillings done at Prestige. I had to go back in and get them redone - due to complications - and now, I have discovered, I have to go and get one of the fillings done AGAIN only months later (which is going to cost me) My husband had a filling done at Prestige in the past - and he also had to go back in and get this filling redone. I took my three year old son in for an appointment and he was given an "all clear check up" and we were told all was well and good. A few months later, he was in a lot of pain and would not eat. It turns out, all was NOT well and good and he in fact had decay so bad on one tooth that it had broken IN HALF and SPLIT all the way down to the gum. We had to take him in for emergency dental surgery, where he needed sedation - and yes, it cost a lot of money and more importantly, my son was in a lot of pain. If this had been caught sooner - at his appointment only a short time before -- we would not have had to go through such a traumatic experience. so...... this makes three members of my family who have had negative outcomes after visiting Prestige. I never write these kinds of reviews - but the sum of all of our experiences is just too much. I have received a second opinion from another dental office on my teeth and they told me that the filling that was done on my tooth (the one needing a second "do over") was very poorly done.

Dr. Wu have been my dentist for the over 10 years, I searched for her after the relocation from Jenkintown and I was SO HAPPY to have found her. It was like finding a long lost family member. I went in for what I thought was a consultation but I needed work and she did it right then and there. I appreciate that kind of service especially because I live about an hour from her location. Jackie is awesome and I love her kindness and sense of humor. I love this practice,simply the BEST!!!!!!

The office is very nice and clean. There was no wait time or large waiting room of patients to be seen before me. You sit in a massage chair while you get your teeth cleaned, which is comfortable and relaxing. Last, the doctor is very knowledgeable, explanatory, and cautious.
