This small office is clean but equipment is on the older and dated side. The biggest problem is the lack of client convenience. Its run like a medical practice from the 1980s. There is only one therapist there and no receptionist--therefore, if you want to make an appt you need to call and hope to get the therapist between his appointments. This can be time-consuming with messages back and forth. There is no way to make appointments--or see bills--on-line. He does not accept any credit cards either personal or from your insurance account--my insurance company couldnt fathom that I couldnt pay my co-pay with my health savings account credit card. His last appt is at 2:00 pm--not too convenient for working clients who might want to finish up the work day there since there are no showers or places to clean up after therapy. Most clients seem to be older and retired, so perhaps the lack of technology and archaic payment methods isnt an issue--Im older but am still working so time is at a premium. I found another PT practice a few minutes away that has modern therapy techniques and equipment--and great energy--and have finally started to see some progress.

Ted Ellis provided the knowledgeable and personalized care I needed for a chronic pinched nerve condition in the neck. I now understand why my Doc, a prominent orthopedic physician, spoke so highly of his skills. Teds combination of treatment modalities coupled with his prescribed set of targeted exercises has me feeling a whole lot better! The Main Line PT Clinic is clean, bright and well appointed and Ted is friendly, concerned and professional. I am grateful to have Ted as my physical therapist and I highly recommend him to anyone recovering from injury, surgical procedure or chronic pain.

Mr. Ellis took great care of me and all of my rehab needs. He was very knowledgable with my problem areas and treated me with an immense amount of care. It was easy to schedule my appointments and I really enjoyed the environment. He was very professional and I would highly recommend this practice and Mr. Ellis to anyone!
