I had an appointment and I waited about 10 minutes before a woman checked me in. While she wasnt friendly, she was efficient. I then waited 10 minutes in a lab chair while two ladies chatted about their weekend plans. I was in chair 2. The technician took blood from the man in chair 1. Went away, chatted some more, took blood from the next person in chair 1, chatted some more, and finally took my blood. She nicked my vein and caused a hematoma and bruising...which hardly ever happens to me as I have prominent veins. I have used this lab before, but the new staff does not impress me. Probably wont use them again.

Horrible customer service. Tried to be pleasant with the woman in the window and she huffed and sighed the whole time. Just saying hi granted me a "what do you want". My general experience with the company has been the same way. I do not recommend this location, nor the company. If its such an inconvient to assist customers, get out of the service.

Been waiting over an hour to do a drug test. I guess its too hard to give me a cup and send me on my way. Customer service is not what these people are about. Sorry for the inconvenience, LabCorp.

In and out in less than 15 minutes. Office staff not overly friendly but certainly not rude. Denise was pain free and friendly when drawing blood but office staff could be more pleasant.

Needs improvement. Feel like you go to the DMV for a license. The receptionist did not even look up when I asked her a question. The wait was long even I had an appointment.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Waited over 1.5 hours for a urine test!! Absolutely rude staff and incompetent workers. Will NEVER be coming back to this location.

Making your appointment online means nothing. They take forever no matter what. I was there for over half an hour before being seen and the waiting room was empty
