WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! Avoid this LabCorp location at all costs!!!! The tech is extremely rude, uncooperative, and forceful in taking blood. My arm has a huge bruise from where she took my blood samples. She barely cleaned the area around the injection point in my arm as well, so you have to wonder how sanitary this place is. She threw my samples in the box as well almost breaking the tubes. Finally, the lights in the office go out, so she wouldnt let me complete my urine sample due to lack of light in the bathroom. I explained to her that I have a light on my mobile phone, so it will be fine. She refuses this suggestion because its against policy and tells me to come back another time or go to another location. Fast forward to the next morning, where I show-up again to complete the urine sample. I follow normal procedure to sign-in and wait until she calls my name. After waiting 30 mins, she calls me up, notices me from yesterday and asks me for my script. I explain, that Ive returned to complete my urine sample from yesterday per her direction. Then she says I need to go back to my doctor for new script because she sent my previous one out yesterday with my blood work. What??? Lord knows why she didnt hold it until all the tests were completed or tell me this the previous day... Serious lack of communication on her part with plenty of attitude to go along with it. Personally, I will never return to this location for fear of encountering this horrible tech and repeating this awful experience. Hopefully ALL LabCorp locations dont operate in this same manner or employee techs with attitude problems like this.

The facility is clean and nice. I noticed more people becoming frustrated with not knowing what facility their insurance company allows for a blood draw. Its not labcorps fault, and Ive gone to the wrong lab before too. Just call your insurance company to clear it. The tech was good, and I usually pass out cold with needles. Im a hard stick, and she got me the first time. They had to draw MULTIPLE vials (I had alot of labs). I would go there again, if I have to get lab work.

Absolutely horrible. Arrived at 7:30, left at 8am, still wasnt ready for me. They took at man Who arrive 20 minutes after me saying he had an appointment -very rude and unprofessional. They have three staff working no way it takes that long !
