This is in an old house that is falling apart. As you walk in you will notice everything is in a horrible state of disrepair. Im surprised the door didnt fall off when I opened it. Once inside you are in a small dirty waiting room. The service from the rude receptionist behind the counter/kitchen bar matched the surroundings. I didnt feel safe even picking up the pen to sign in. I turned around and left. How this place passes any health board inspections is beyond me.

I got a call from them yesterday asking me to come back to the lab because they lost my urine sample. Lost a Urine Sample? What the hell? Where could it have gone? The woman who called said she didnt know what happened because the regular girl was on vacation. I said, so call her, and she said, she couldnt call some on vacation... Yea right, tell my company that. I cant believe the incompetence and neither can my doctor. I am going to another company from now on!

This place is beyond what I would call a lab. When you think of the word " lab" you think clean and this place is the total opposite. The lady behind the desk is rude and not friendly at all. The wait time to be seen is super long. There is only one person who works here and she handles the front desk and tests.this is ridiculous. I am never coming back here again!

I will have to disagree with my fellow reviewers. The actual Quest Diagnostics part of the house is actually quite nice. The receptionist was helpful and the whole place was clean and sanitary. The part where you initially walk in though seemed different and was not affiliated with Quest Diagnostics.

I totally agree!!!! the receptionist was very rude and ,on my way to the bathroom I walk past a few urine samples just sitting next to the sink . Not professional at all and the house may fall apart at any given moment . Do not go!!!!
