When I made my appointment for blood work, I read all the horrible reviews online and thought...how bad can it be? I go in, get my blood work done, leave..... Well, I should have heeded the reviews. I made an appointment for 11, got there, signed in, and then noticed a 45 minute wait sign taped hastily to the glass partition. I got up to ask the receptionist if this applied to people with appointments (no one else had an appointment, and there were only 2 other people there), and she was SO RUDE!!! Did not open the glass partition to talk to me, did not even look up to address me, and of course, replied, rudely...."Yup." I asked her nicely what was the reason for an appointment if everyone had to wait...and she would not even talk to me. From now on, I will go quest, where I have found things to be done timely, and with courtesy.

(Giving one star because you have to.) Called this location to ask 1.) if they did blood work and (based on other Google review) 2.) if the office was open for that service right now. Apparently these types of questions should never be asked to the woman I spoke with, as she rudely spouted off the office hours but not before making me feel like an idiot for even asking said questions in the first place. Even if she was having a bad day theres no reason or excuse to make someone feel bad for seeking out information. I told her thanks for the help but that I would find another location to go to. She then tried to hang up the phone but didnt and I could hear her proceed to continue her bad-mouthing to another co-worker in the background. And these are the people that stick needles in you...? No thanks.

I am a type 1 diabetic and regularly get blood drawn as well as donate blood several times a year. My last visit to this LabCorp in Downingtown was a terrible experience. Two days after they drew my blood, I started getting pain in my bicep. The third day I found a red line going from the site up my arm. I immediately ran to my main doctor where he put me on an antibiotic. And the line quickly went away. However, it has been more than a month, and still having pain in my arm. I saw the doctor a second time, and recommended I take Advil to reduce any swelling and allow to heal. If I don’t take it around the clock, or I start having pain again. It’s getting a little better every week, but the pain is still there when not taking Advil. I would avoid this place like the plague!

I have to agree with the reviews of this center. I was a walk just before 2pm in and the initial wait was not bad, but once i got seated for my blood draw the one employee saw that more people were entering the facility. She started talking so loud everyone could hear her - "I cant believe all these people coming in when we are about to close (they were open for another hour). She went on and on. Finally, I got up and asked her if it would be helpful if i just left. Her response was "did i ask you to leave"? This place was horrible because the employees were horrible.

Customer service is terrible. Went there for a pre-employment drug screen at 7am and was told they are only done from 10-2 and was sent to exton to have it done. There was nobody else there!!! A simple urine collection and they wouldnt do it. Also your hours of operation are not convenient for full time workers, Saturday hours or later ones would be helpful. Ridiculous!! Im not pleased at all with this location! Also, the Exxon location could use a sign, very confusing to find!

Horrible, I went in to get blood drawn for my diabetes. The girl that was working was putting pencils away, did not address anyone. There was about10-12 people waiting. I asked someone what was going on and they said that one worker was not coming in and the girl behind the counter told them that she didnt start until 8:00. I waited for an hour and while I was there 3 people left. I left. No eye contact, not a word said to anyone. Wow not impressed at all!!!!

If you have kids dont go here. They literally hurt my son. I have a five year old and four year old. It is currently the end of July and humid. My kids were not on there best behavior as children have their moments. The staff was nasty, rude, and talking nasty about my family in front of me!!!! And they hurt my son. Left him with a bruise!!!! I filled out their survey card and I hope and pray they shut this place down!!!

Showed up on a Friday 45 minutes before closing. Had bloodwork and kit pick up. In and out in less than 20 minutes. Lost one star because the employees all acted like theyd rather be anywhere else. *Edited to remove one star. My script was read wrong and they didnt give me enough supplies in the kit. I had to wait through the weekend to go back and pick up what I needed.

Worst place. I had an appointment at 9:30 , I reached there on time and had to wait till 10:00 am. No one called. No one even looking and finally I made a call and the lady how picked up the phone was so rude!!! She was telling even though there is an appointment, there is a waiting time every where like doctors office or super market. Market is much better!!

As I sat in the waiting area for over twenty minutes waiting to be served, the three technicians were busy talking or arguing about something. When I got up and went to the window to inquire why I had been kept waiting for so long, the technicians answered me back rudely.

Giving it one star for the skill the lab tech had when drawing blood, very precise. However, the wait was almost 2 hours, and sadly, the staff is rude at best and lack professionalism.
