The only reason I have given this Urgent Care 1 star rating is because of the nice receptionist who greeted us when we first arrived to Urgent Care. I had fallen in my garage and hit my face and head, as well as my leg and shoulder. My lip was split and I was bleeding from the bridge of my nose. The nice receptionist told me to sit down and went back to see if I should be seen right away. She generally seemed concerned due to the way my face was bleeding. A nurse came out, looked at me and told me I didnt need any stitches and the only they could do was to clean me up or I could go home to clean myself up. He also told me my split lip may get infected and I would need an antibiotic, which I was not given. My husband and I could not believe the way we were treated and left. I had gone to my family doctor and explained what happened at this Urgent Care. She told me I should have had a CT Scan to rule out a concussion and been checked out throughly. She couldnt believe how I was treated or should I say not treated by their medical staff. I definitely would not recommend this Urgent Care to anyone. You would be better off treating yourself!

Had a migraine, fractured fifth metatarsal and ankle sprain. I could NOT put weight on my foot at all. Dr was very nice. I asked for pain medication. Nurse stated that the Toradol injection I was receiving is a controlled substance. I disagreed, I know its an anti inflammatory, its great for migraines. I looked it up, she lied. I will never return. Patients are a lot more informed and to lie to my face is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I wasnt drug seeking.

They dont triage.... The person with the cough goes ahead of the person bleeding from the head if they got in line first. Really ridiculous. Had a broken collarbone, but a bunch of people with sore throats went ahead of me. Three hour wait! Went to local hospital and saw lots of people from the Urgent Care who had given up on the Penn Urgent Care facility. Hospital we went to was great; the not-so-urgent care was terrible.

There billing and payment department sucks, with broken out dated technology and dont contact customers first to let them know theres issues with their account. I will never go back.

I have taken my son, daughter, husband and mom to LG Urgent Care in Parkesburg during the past year. The staff is friendly and the doctors seem knowledgeable and caring.

Come in with chest pain told to wait a hour not even check my blood pressure nothing staffing short as well should of drove extra miles to ER

I was here there over two hours. I had an appointment scheduled ahead of time but they didnt actually see me until an hour later. Awful!

Every time I have been there I have had barely any wait and the docs and pas have been very good.
