Went there with my 15mo baby. Terrible experience, the technician had no clue how to deal with babies, was talking loud and was not gentle at all. He tides rubber band on my babys arm to palpate the vein and left it there while he was waiting for someone to help him! I had to take it off! Took him 10 min to finally do it, while my baby was crying because she was so scared of him. Kept saying to my baby "its not my fault you have to go through this"! Take your baby somewhere else!!

The two people, who are currently the usual staff, are very well trained and excellent to work with. They know how to work with difficult veins. I visit them quite often.
