I have never had a good experience at Quest and only returned this morning because we have changed insurance. I did not have an appointment, and even though I was the second person of four signed in at 6:47, it took 45 minutes to be seen. One technician was dealing with computer issues, while the other technician ignored me as he only called those three patients with appointments. Once called to exam room 2, she was fast, efficient, yet abrupt. My concern is, she never cleaned the site where needle entered to draw blood. I hope my blood work isnt jeopardized, worse yet, I hope infection doesnt set in!

This was the most awful experience I have ever had. My son had a 2:30 appointment and we didnt get in til 3:15. There was one worker there and he moved at the speed of a snail, even stopped to eat before he would even look at us. He took walk ins before appointments and after asking him how long it would take, he told me at least 10 minutes, so I had to leave my son there and go home to get my younger ones off the bus, only to have my son text me a few minutes later saying he was done. If I can help it, I will never go here again.

WORST experience ever. I drove an hour for a 5 minute urine drug test appointment for my school dental program I applied to. I get there and the lady tells me their computer systems are down and havent been working in WEEKS...hmm..Okay maybe you should SPECIFY that on your website or CALL YOUR PATIENTS BEFORE THEY COME IN. Unbelievable. I am LIVID. I had other things to do other than drive out of my way and waste half of my day.

Always pleasant & professional. They do go by appointments, so if you are a walk in customer like me, you may have to wait. They do take their time, to verify all your blood draws are labeled correctly with your proper information . My doctor seems to get my results back quickly.

I always go late Saturday morning and I never have to wait. This time I had a staff member named Blair that made the appointment a fun experience. I have been getting blood tests for years and Saturday is my usual time to go. Timing.

They are very slow a man sitting next to me was waiting for 40min and only 2 people were ahead of him, im here for 25 min so i figured i have plenty of time to write this review. Theyr stuff is nice

One person working the whole clinic so we waited forever. Rude over the phone too. The one employee was very difficult to work with, aloof, and kept making uncomfortable conversation.

Dont bother making an appointment they go by when you sign your name in the log book pretty unorganized and understaffed 8 to 10 people in the waiting room for only 2 employees
