This was my first time at New Vision Family Eyecare. Dr. Swindell was thorough, friendly, and knowledgeable. She scheduled me in the same day I called her office and was very welcoming. Her office is very inviting, clean, and beautifully decorated. You can tell she is passionate about her career and truly cares about her patients visual health. Ive never enjoyed getting an eye exam so much and I will be referring many to her. I hope she stays in the area for many years to come!!!

The entire staff here is wonderful. Between Dr. Swindell and her two wonderful Customer Service/Eyewear Specialists you feel completely at ease and in good hands. They are all so sweet and really know what theyre doing. The office is brand new and beautiful. They found a prescription my former doctor didnt even detect but was contributing to headaches of mine. They very accommodating and even helped me do a follow up over the phone because I was too busy to come in. A++
