She is a friendly doctor. However, if you have a younger child such as a toddler, be aware that the office is NOT kid friendly because she also get a lot of adult of patient as well. The waiting room only have magazines for the adults, and the TV was off while we were waiting (make sure bring your own entertainment to keep your active one occupied). There is a bench going to the exam room with some childrens book and some stickers but why they leave them around the exam rooms but not outside to entertain their young patients? During our appointment, she was working on my kid and one other kid plus an adult in 3 different rooms at the same time! She also doesnt leave you much time for questions. I also didnt see the certificate that she was trained in the pediatric area which is important for me. Also, THE PROBLEM WITH MY KIDS TEETH STILL EXISTS AFTER WE GOT BACK HOME! (sorry, I cant say what it is). I felt that our time was totally wasted. Bottom line, we are not going back there.

Stay away at all costs! I was initially hopeful that I would have a good experience with Jenny Chen dentistry, but that has turned out not to be the case. I paid roughly $600 out of pocket and my insurance company paid an additional roughly $1200 for my partial dentures. The upper partial totally snapped in half after 3 months. The dentist sent it back for repairs, and it literal snapped in half the next day after I got it back. Now the dentist is telling me that she is not responsible for her labs shoddy work. I paid her for a service, I dont care about her third party vendor. She refuses to make this right, and keeps telling me "you only paid $600". Well now I need to go to another dentist and my insurance company will pay $0 for me to get a new denture because they already paid roughly $1200 for this one that I got a total of 3 months use out of. It amazes me that people will not stand behind their work. I simply do not care that they are paying a third party vendor to do it.

Dr. Jenny is nice but the office is very dirty. Waiting room filthy and usually filled with migrant mushroom workers and their kids. Unless you speak Spanish the desk staff will treat you like a second class citizen. Office people have no idea what theyre doing with billing insurance companies. All in all, not worth it to go here.

Its nice to find a professionally run office after the last one we went to. I have never been to an office where family members can stay with you during your appointment. We are having work done next week. They helped me get a discount through my dental plan purchased online. Hope we have found the right place.

Great services from Dr Jenny chen. Our family has been there for the past few years. I needed a bridge for my back teeth and my wife needed partial denture for her bad teeth last month Within two weeks we were having bridge and partial fit comfortably happy eating again. Thank you Dr chen!

Horrible experience! The dentist was more worried about money then helping me out with my teeth. Very rough and rude. The dentist then also stuck a huge needle in my gum without me knowing and half way numbed me.
