This doctors office is a pathetic excuse for a medical facility! When you call you are placed on hold forever only to get disconnected, and when you finally get through to the receptionist she is very rude and acts like your childrens illness is no big deal...appointments are hard to get and when you actually do get one they rush you in and out within 10 mins max like your a nuance to their so called "doctors". They also give medical records of your children out to others without your consent which is a big no no against your hippa privacy and rights! Please beware of this place!

Office worked on one of my sons 1mo check up claims and could not get it paid under reasonable standards. Sent me a bill this past Friday. Called me 3 hours before my sons one year check up on Monday and told me he could not be seen unless I paid the entire bill. Had to strong arm them to let my son be seen with a payment plan. Didnt even get thirty days to pay! Unfair and ridiculous! I have been a compliant and loyal customer there the entire year I have been there and this is how they treated my son. Switching doctors for sure!

There are never any appointments when i need to take my child in which means i rarely get a note for school which causes me alot of issues. An alot of times when i call one of the RECREPTIONEST tell me its not that serious an there is nothing they can do. If my son is sick an misses school he needs a school note! AN the receptionist are not doctors they dont know if its serious or not! I absolutely dislike this place....

The women at the front desk are always friendly and helpful. We love the doctors and nurse practitioner here. They have always been very accurate/friendly with our children.
