Went in today and the place was super busy! The front desk was extremely friendly and the nurses and Dr as well. When I had finished, I walked over to pick out some new glasses.The woman working was incredibly rude and dismissed me. After finally asking for my insurance I produced it. She sighed and with a shooing hand motion said "oh you can pick out from the glasses over there." Then turned away to ignore me. I was so offended I just walked out. Disgusting behavior. In closing the doctors were incredibly nice as well as the reception staff. But the harpy handling sales of the glasses makes me never want to return.

I ran over my glasses on July 2 and ordered a new pair that day. It is now July 27. My credit card was billed on July 2. I called on July 24, and my call was not returned. I do not think this is very good service. I did get a call on July 16, telling me there was something wrong with the "new" frames, so the glasses would not be there two weeks after they were ordered. It is now nearly a month. Very dissatisfied.
