Terrible place - eye exam took 15 minutes tops felt very rushed. When I picked up the glasses, I kept telling them that I could not see with them. They told me I had to get used to them. Well it has been 7 months and I just went to another eye doctor for an exam and the lens need to be changed. The lenses were wrong on both my glasses and sunglasses. I will never set foot in there again. I kept telling them something was wrong and they kept insisting they were correct. I now have to replace the glasses out of pocket as my insurance only covers one pair every 12 months. Save yourself trouble and go somewhere else.

Worst experience ever!!!!! I will never return to this location. The manager and staff had terrible attitudes, and I shouldve traveled the extra 60 miles to see my original practitioner. I went to this location to have a screw replaced on my glasses, and they handed me back my glasses with tiny scratches on one of my lenses! Best part of the whole ordeal? I was told "what do u want us to do about it?" My lenses were damaged by the staff there. I guess business is so slow that they have to create work...

I have to back up Joyce Sykes review of this business. I told them that my lenses were wrong, they create a double vision when Im looking at anything that is not straight ahead. I told them this repeatedly and they told me it was fine, even I kept telling them it wasnt. I wouldnt go back to this business.
