I have been a patient of Dr Helfman ( Dr Prevost) before him for over 20 years . I just called to re-order my contacts in that I am on my last pair. I was told my script had expired ( I was there 9 months ago) and needed to come in - which I cant do until June 9th - because I work for a living . I am taking my eyes, my business, and money elsewhere . What ever happened to customer service

I arrived for my appointment 10 minutes early. I waited 40 minutes for my appointment to start without anyone bothering to tell me that things were running behind. Ive been a patient for years, and have slowly seen the level of service go down. So disappointed.
