If I could give them a 0, I happily would. I am personally not a patient(and would never be) there but have been there with my grandmother and my sister. It is always far too crowded and they tend to overbook. The staff are unprofessional and rude. My sister took my niece there and the M.A. while doing whatever she was doing , scratched her cornea and she ended up needed drops and another visit. She should be more careful! My niece ended up needing new glasses and the order was placed. after waiting for more than a week and not receiving a call, my sister called. The staff person told her that they were ready but " she didnt call because she had too many people to call"! Really??????????????? that is your job!!!!!!!!!! Safe to say they are going elsewhere!

Came here because it was the highest rated around me. In the 26 years of eye appointments it was one of if not the worst Ive ever had. I specified I only had contacts when I scheduled. I showed up and they were only going to give me a glasses exam. It took an hour from my scheduled time to even see the Dr. I was rushed through the whole exam, letters were never changed between eyes so it wasnt really an exam since I already saw the letters over and over. Mean while in the exam room other staff was in and out and on their personal mobile devices. The whole experience was not personal feeling at all. The only reason Ill be back is to pick up the contacts I ordered. Do yourself the favor and go anywhere but here, even if you have to travel further.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Most inept optometrists office I have ever been to. If not for their weekend schedule I would have left that office a very long time ago. The staff is rude and you wait hours to be seen even with an appointment. The doctors are absolutely great, they should fire everyone but the doctors! I transferred to another Dr and they gave them hell to give them my records, absolutely hell. Dont go there unless you want to aggravated!

My mother paid $300 for her glasses, went to pick them up and they couldnt find them, then they were looking for the prescription/receipt and couldnt find that either and then expected her, after 1 hour, to sit there and have them do all the measurements all over again. Very disappointing,we are definitely going to another eyecare clinic.

The place can get crowded and wait time in line is slightly unbearable, but what more could you expect from an office in the middle of the city? Then, once youre in, your appointment goes by quick and the selection of glasses could use improvement. Other than that, the staff there are friendly and able to speak English and Spanish.

I love this place Ive been coming for about 7 years now. All of the staff are extremely nice. All of the Drs really explain everything well, always answer any questions and never rush you through. There can be a wait sometimes but I think its because no one ever leaves the practice and they have a lot of long time patients!

Staff very respectful frendly helpful with everyone i am very satisfied with every time taken to make sure my eyes are ok i am happy with my prescription everyone acts profesionaly and alway welcome to answer any question or concerns hours are convenient including saturdays.

They are awesome, I loved there staff they were really great. they work really fast, I didnt have to wait 3 hours to be seen, it was pretty fast and I got my glasses in less than a week. I am pretty amazed at this center. I definitely recommended.

This place is terrible, Drs. refused to see you when u need it, they want u to go to the emergency room to be seen, whats the point to have an eye Dr. If u cant see them when u have a problem, I repoted to the consumer report

The worst place to go, there are a million people on the clock but barely anyone is working. Theyre not helpful and apparently they have no sense of urgency. Im looking for a new doctors office to transfer to immediately

The sfaffs are great our doctor is more than excellent she makes show you getting well before you back home I love her I been there for ten years ago I think if you need a good doctor you may go there thanks.
