STAY AWAY! The worse eye related optical service I’ve had in over 20 years. Where shall I start, I had an appointment for 9:00 AM, wasn’t called into a waiting room until 9:40, was seen by a technician which did all the measurements; not an optometrist; not what I’m normally accustomed to, but ok. I paid the co-pay in full before leaving the office but they are still sending me a bill. They are billing my insurance company for services which they did not provide me with (diabetic optical images of my eyes), and here is what really gets to me; they will not give me a ‘pd’ measurement (distance measurement between eye retina’s) claiming that it is the office policy because; assumption on my part, they want to force their patients to buy their overpriced limited selection frames from them rather than having a lab or someone else do the job for 1/3 the price of putting my prescription lenses into my Oakley titanium & carbon frames that I purchased for $ 429.00 elsewhere. Did I mention that their attitude is horrible and they are in serious need an attitude adjustment! Do yourself a favor, find somewhere else to go, they seem to be a lot more interested in your wallet rather than your good vision!

If you want bad service, to be charged $ 400.00 for a pair of frames that sell online by numerous vendors for under $65.00 this is the place to go. Customer Service; they don’t know the meaning of the word. Oh, and they will not provide you with your ‘PD’ distance if you get an eye exam from them which you need to get your eye proscription done at another lab that charges 1/3 the price and can do it in less than half the time frame. Don’t be a victim of their bad business practices!

Pathetic, doctor was fine but the reception staff is a joke. Arrived at 3:15 for a 3:30 appointment, was not seen till 4:00, then on check out it took 15 min to schedule my next appointment which was never scheduled because after 15min the scheduler realized she was scheduling for the wrong location. Freaken pathetic, i told them to call me when they got their act together, they still havent called me, i guess that says a lot.

I have never had to have an eye exam until now and was a bit nervous, the staff explained everything in dept and answered all of my questions, the Doctor that saw me was very knowledgeable, and friendly. I would recommend Nashua Eye Associates, Plus they have a huge selection of eye wear in house.

Been going here for years as well as my whole family does. Never had a bad experience and the techs there are really nice, especially Michelle. Would never go anywhere else not even the Nashua branch.

My appointment was at 2:10. Its 3:25 and I have yet to be seen by the doctor.. everyone in the waiting room is has been waiting forever.
