Coastal Eye Care is an excellent "one-stop" eye care center. The entire staff are the absolute nicest folks you will meet anywhere. They are interested in getting to know you as a person in addition to addressing your needs as a patient. Dr. Brooks is a very knowledgeable optometrist. He takes time to discuss the patients eye health, review correction needs, and make the patient feel genuinely valued as a human being. He also has a great sense of humor. The optician, Belinda, knows her craft well. I have a difficult prescription and only trust the best professionals to make my glasses. Belinda made sure I was fully advised about options for filling the prescription and answered all my questions in a complete and professional way. Paying the bill was also easy. There was absolutely no issue with my insurance being honored. The business manager even took the time to show the full price of my visit both before and after insurance and made sure I fully understood the costs. I can guarantee you that you will feel both respected and well-served at Coastal Eye.

got an eye exam to order my own glasses and they refused to give me the pupilary distance figure cause they want to sell the glasses to me. wouldnt budge, woman in front was very unfriendly.
