the work of the doctors at the facility is excellent. unfortunately these same doctors have chosen to surround themselves with incompetent boobs. you will spend an immense portion of your time explaining your insurance to their staff, you will also explain(repeatedly)what it is you are looking for from their office as they will change what you want repeatedly. If you are getting an operation, be sure to not only secure any needed prescriptions WELL in advance but do your reserach on those prescriptions as this facility ALWAYS prescribes brand names drugs, and they will not submit your prescription until your surgery is finished, leaving no choice but to take the more expensive brand.
