I left Dr. Keller after experiencing a 1hr wait for my appointment in 2013, went to another Dr for GYN in 2014 and decided that I wanted to try Dr. Keller once more. She has no regard for her patients time nor for the appointments which leaves very little time to discuss any concerns you may have. I was there yesterday for another ultrasound with a tech I had never met, asked if I would be able to ask questions to Dr. Keller and she said "if shes allowed time for that???". I waited another 45 minutes in the waiting room, asked the gatekeeper (which is not pleasant to say the least but shes definitely good at her job - gatekeeping) how much longer,,,she had no response other than to say "you can leave and reschedule,,". I was then called to a room and waited another 30 minutes, stuck my head out the door and asked Dr. Kellers attending asst how much longer and she said "Ive no ideal - she has two other patients before you". I left at 4:20 which my appt was at 2:30. I still have no answers to my results from prior appointments nor from yesterdays ultrasound. Needless to say, I will be calling to have my records sent to me and I WILL not be a bother to Dr. Kellers practice again. Our time is just as valuable as hers. IF she is overbooked, she should add staff. IF not, at a minimum, she should at least have the courtesy to advise the waiting patient of the delay,,,then after 30 minutes instead of 1hr and 40 minutes,,,we can make the decision to stay or reschedule. Very disappointed and Im not even one of her expecting moms,,,I feel very sorry for them having to wait soo long. L. Lynn Collins, Johns Island, SC 29455

If I could give them a zero I would. Horrible patient experience! When I call for hours at a time and never get a call back, not acceptable!
