Undeserving of even one star. This place does a terrible disservice to women and should not be in operation. I was LIED to by their nurse Stephanie about my pathology results. All I can imagine is this was done in an effort to scare me into complying with their treatment. When I got a phone call about my pathology results, I asked to have them mailed to me, and I would call back a schedule the LEEP procedure they wanted me to have. Stephanie got belligerent and said I had to schedule RIGHT AWAY or else. I reminded her I had discussed with the physician that I would be consulting the results with my brother, a pathologist, and my father who is also a Medical Doctor before proceeding. This is when she LIED about the colposcopy findings saying it could not wait as I had carcinoma-in-situ, when previously she had said I had CIN II. Trying to obtain my pathology results was frustrating and they made it nearly impossible, having to call back several times and ultimately drive there myself. I had signed a release form and they did everything they could not to release the lab results. It is highly unethical to not facilitate the delivery of these results, even more unethical is the fact that a nurse would LIE about my results. I did NOT have CIN III like she claimed. What a disgrace. As if all of this wasnt bad enough, about a week later I received a letter from their office saying I had been dismissed as a patient since I refused medical treatment, all for wanting a second opinion and to do some research before scheduling the procedure. Giving me a week to make this decision in a better informed manner would have not killed me or hurt anyone in the process. I cannot understand how people in the medical field can act with such disregard, lack of empathy and in such devious manner. I am appalled that this place is under operation. I thought about not writing a review for the longest time, but I am sure there have been other women in my situation who have simply kept quiet due to the embarrassment. I tried resolving this issue directly with their office manager but could never get a hold of her and she refused to call me back. Please stay away from this place.

Very unprofessional. Dr would not listen to me when I asked for my parent to stay in the room, even though I am 18 years old. After an upsetting visit with Dr. I was taken down the hall to get my shot from the nurse. After waiting 15 min for the nurse to arrive, she tried to give me my shot in the middle of the hallway in front of a full waiting room. Then we went to the window to check out. They have 4 people to check people in but only 1 to check people out. Another 15 min. Of waiting to be told everything was in order and we hadnt needed to waste another 15 min after all. Very unprofessional.

This is the worst place ever. I was just informed that I was given a vaccine without my authorization. I went there to get my second HPV vaccine and by mistake they gave me the depo provera vaccine (birth control) which is a completely different vaccine! I now have side effects from the depo shot that I did not wish to receive. Very very careless people that work there. You would think you could trust them to do their job correctly.

Ok but not the greatest if you need to get anything else done the day you go. Biggest downfall i experienced was that they always seem to be running late and ive had appointments run to 3.5 hours before, mostly waiting on the doctor repeatedly. Im waiting again now and its nearly 1.5 hours after the scheduled time. :/ decent care though. Just hell on the schedule.

Have always had a positive experience. Have seen several of the doctors when my main doctor was.not available, but love my primary Dr. Martin. She always takes time to listen and is invested in your health!

my expierence was AWFUL was 18 weeks pregnant & never even recieved any prenatal care , doctor told me i could get dress and leave . DR.GAINES TO BE EXACT !!!! i did make a complaint
