Until recently I was very pleased with the staff and prompt attention I got with Dr. Durrance and his staff. I have been going to this clinic since 2013 and following thier orders of rechecks every 3 months. I had a question for the PA that I have been seeing for well over a year. I left a message asking for a call back and 24 hours later still had no call back. I called this afternoon between 4:45 and 4:50 and it went to the after hours service which has a message that states they are open until 5pm. I dont know what has happened with the staff there, but the whole reason I chose to go there was because I wanted a doctor that actually cared about my health. I dont feel that this is the correct place for me and my health concerns any longer and I will be fining a new primary physician.

I have been a patient of Dr Durrence for 10 years. He has taken great care and time with me each time I visit, never rushing to get to the next person . He has worked with me to ensure my health and wellness as well as fit me in when sick. His office and billing staff are always friendly, caring and knowledgeable with the maze of health insurance billing. Jean his nurse is beyond caring. She will always call you back with an answer to questions, there to explain and make things happen when other Doctors, tests or procedures need to be coordinated. It is such a comfort to know that in times when I need health care that this team is on my side.

This is a very poorly run office! The PA I was forced to see was flippant, took up to two weeks to return calls, and did not give good instructions on how to take medicine for shingles. One call for a script refill resulted in one of the nurses yelling at me and hanging up on me. I called for three days, beginning Wednesday, for vitally needed pain prescription. Though I called twice each day, they did not have it ready until 4pm on a Friday, and then told me they wouldnt wait for me to get there (I live over an hour away during rush hour traffic time). I will not go back!

HIS STAFF SEEMS TO BE THE MOST RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE ON THE FACE OF THE EARTH. IT MAKES NO SENSE WHATSOEVER FOR A DOCTORS OFFICE TO HAVE PEOPLE WORKING THERE WHO TREAT YOU IN A CONDESCENDING AND FLIPPANT MANNER.

Terrible phone experience with the receptionist. She said "you cant see a doctor" you can see a nurse practitioner or find someone else -- you are not right for us"
