Ive been looking for a good general practitioner. This group isnt it. Went in for an annual checkup. Told them twice during the checkup that I didnt want any tests/procedures not covered by my insurance. Was assured twice that they had checked with my insurance company and everything they would do was covered. Then I got a bill for $270 for procedures and tests not covered. Add to that the fact that the nurse practitioner acted like she didnt have time for me, and it took 2 weeks to get my test results back, and then I got a call from the nurse telling me that the antibiotic that was originally prescribed to me was wrong for what I had. I didnt even have anything prescribed to me!!!! I will go someplace else next time.

Michael Wallace is a nice enough guy, but he is either incompetent or trying to get money out of us, We have been to him several times with no diagnosis. He just kept ordering tests. Michael Wallace and his staff will not return phone calls and are not willing to talk to you unless you make an appointment. We call 5 TIMES with me waiting on the phone for 30 MIN the last time just trying to talk to a person to get labs result. I am very dissatisfied with the service we received at the Collierville location.

Miserable patient management. My experiences with physicians here have always been great. However, the group makes it a miserable experience to ever get to that point or continue to work with them. Trying to follow up with a nurse regarding prescription refills or follow-up concerns is even worse. They refuse to answer the phone and reply to messages when convenient. Sometimes it is only helpful to actually talk to a person. That is asking way too much with Family Physicians.

I just had my yearly physical with Dr. Burns. This was my big 5 0 physical and I had several questions. She was very helpful and spent extra time going over my lab results. The entire staff was great. I had to get xrays, the ekg the whole 9 yards and I felt like each member of the staff was waiting on me. The wait wasnt long either. If you need a great personal or family doctor in the Collierville area I highly recommend them.

I have been going to the Family Physician for years now I have switched physicians twice there. They have been great up until 2015 until now 2017 they suck. I they are blood suckers for money!!!!!! However Dr. Conway is GREAT!!!!!!

Went there waiting time wasnt bad, Although I had to wait and continuously call them regarding my results for my thyroid and other test took them about almost two weeks to call me after reaching out to them numerous of times.

Dr. Conway is the best. I hate that yall have had some bad experiences with this office but Dr. Conway and her "helpers" are great. I will never change doctors.
