I have been going to this group since I moved to Memphis 27 years ago. I have followed them through 3 or 4 different office moves and will continue to do so. It is a family not a sterile office environment. They care about their patients and I have a specific family doctor but have NO problem going to anyone on the staff if my doctor is not available. I actually had to go in today without an appointment because I had an attack of some sort at work and was told to go to my doctor immediately. I just walked in and they worked me in within 30 minutes and took such good care of me. They have the best Nurse practioners in the entire city. I am just as comfortable with them as I am with my own doctor. Sometimes I actually prefer them. LOL There are many offices located all over Memphis so no matter what area you live in, you can find an office. KUDOS TO THE WOODALLS FOR MAKING SURE THAT THEY HAVE A CARING AND CAPABLE STAFF FOR US!!

Dr Wallace always takes time to listen to your problems, does thorough examinations, and orders lab tests needed to confirm a diagnosis. Ive been going to Family Physicians Group since 1992, and over the years, seen various doctors if my primary doctor was not available. They take great care of you for anything from minor sinus issues to more complex problems. Dr Woodall found a medical issue I didnt even know I suffered from and helped me with a treatment plan involving medication, diet, and exercise and it is now under control and I feel great. They are a busy office, but I dont mind waiting to receive excellent care from a dedicate team of professionals.

If youre ever prescribed controlled substances, do not use these people. They treat you like a criminal, no matter that you dont exhibit any of the warning signs. They will lie to you, perform drug screenings without your knowledge or consent, and then send you the massive bill for the full spectrum screening they performed unnecessarily. Its dehumanizing and insulting. Especially when theyre more concerned with evading your questions about what services are being performed and why than helping you with the allergic reaction that their prescribed medication caused. By far, the worst medical treatment Ive ever received.

Got in only 10min after my appointment time! (which is early if you ask a doctor, doctors routinely run about 2 hours behind!) I went in for what I thought was a broken rib. After 3 x-rays and some prodding, it was determined I had torn cartilage and bruised muscle tissue. THE APPOINTMENT TOOK MAYBE 30 MIN!!!

This place use to be a good place to go to get any type of check up. Now, you cant get any help even with an appointment, the front desk dont know what they are doing, and they also show no care in the world for you. This is not a fair rating its a poor rating.

I got in on a Sat without an appt - waited less than 20 minutes - they did strep test and bloodwork - I had strep throat - gave me all meds I needed plus a refill just in case - very nice physician assistant! Could not ask for better service!!!

Collierville location is the best. Kelly, front desk. Linda-triage, Jessica-discharge, and Tam- checkout. They all was so helpful , when i was in so much pain. THANK-YOU

Cannot reach them by phone. Holding for 30 minutes listening to them tell who they wont accept! Even when I got a human they put me back in the endless hold cycle

I arrived at the office 5 minutes late and wasnt able to be seen. This is so sad things happen but i guess they live there life where accidents dont happen.
