I was also frustrated with the long wait and also the time it took for his next available appointments was and is more than 6 months away, But one thing about Dr Baez is that he knows everything about you the very moment he walks into the exam room!! He has sensible plans for your healthcare, knows all the good specialists for your conditions, and has a very caring and friendly bedside manner! He does not make you feel uncomfortable like most doctors do! He will sit and listen to all of your questions and give you good and educated answers. I mostly communicate with him through the portal and he usually answers the same day. He also approves medicine the same day as well. Even though I dont see him as often as I would like, I feel that he is monitoring my health conditions completely.

I started visiting Dr. Baez several years ago. He is extremely busy and some times the wait is longer than I would like. At first this really frustrated me, but what I have learned about Dr. Baez is that he WILL NOT rush through his appointment with his patients. He is very calm and understanding and takes all the time needed for his patient to understand every aspect of their care. So this is why you have to wait sometimes. I prefer having to wait and have a doctor that truly cares that I understand what is going on rather then a doctor who is just rushing through patients.

Very poor service and quality. I dont recommend him as a doctor at all. If you are in need of a doctor pass him up and keep search for a doctor. One visit and im not going back.
