If I could rate lower than 1 star I would. THE WORST DOCTORS OFFICE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF GOING TO. 1ST LET ME PREFACE THIS BY SAYING THAT I RARELY HAVE HAD TO GO HERE BUT EVERY TIME I HAVE, LITERALLY EVERY TIME, MY SCRIPTS ARE CALLED IN INCORRECTLY. Theyll call one in, then I have to go back and get them to call in the others. One time it took more than a week to get a commonly prescribed medication for women. Currently the doctor has me on a medication since I became a patient at least 6 months ago. Prior to that I had a doctor who unfortunately no longer accepted my insurance, who had me on the same medication. Seems pretty cut and dry. The last time I ran out I had the pharmacy request a new script same med same mg, no problem. Now a month later and this Jabba The Hut looking creature that calls herself a doctor is refusing to refill. I have one pill left and the withdrawal symptoms are very nasty. I CALLED THE ANSWERING SERVICE AND JABBA THE HUT ADVISES ME TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL. THIS KIND OF HAPHAZARD HEALTHCARE SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. THE MEDICATION I AM ON IS NOT A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE NOR IS IT EVEN MISUSED. TERRIBLE CARE!! I WOULD CAUTION ANYONE FROM COMING HERE.

Dr. Susan K. Reynolds is a wonderful primary care doctor. She takes time with you, makes sure your complaints are addressed, in case you forgot to tell her about one. She is charming and witty, making you laugh before the end of your visit! She is by far the best physician I have ever had. Believe me, Im not the easiest patient to deal with, but in the end her and her staff help me so much. I told my husband that I am going to hold on tight to this physician, I dont want to ever have to lose her because of insurance, or anything else. The only thing I have to say is, give her and the staff ample time to address any prescriptions that you have had prescribed from another physician, so write them all down and make sure she knows what they are for. Those new patient papers are very important and need to be filled out completely so she can do the job of being your doctor. Your crisis is not their problem if you have not done a good job of being an informative patient. Also, the woman who called her "Jabba the Hut" sounds like a hateful, ignorant, mean person. In fact, she is if she can be that hateful. Dr. Reynolds is pretty and she is a great doctor. Period!
