If I could give this place no stars, I would. I had an appointment on 3 (three) separate occasions, I believe they were all around 8 in the morning. The first two, I show up at 8 with nobody there. No call, nothing to tell me that someone is going to show up late or anything. The third time was the same thing, except it was snowing. Oh my goodness, we cant get out in this 1/2" of snow that is already melting away. I waited for nearly 30 (thirty) minutes before I decided to leave. One of the office crew called and asked if I was still going to make it to my appointment, to which I replied "I was there at 8oclock this morning and nobody was there." She tells me that they had called everyone that had appointments to tell them that they will be just a few minutes late, which may have happened, but not to me.

If I could give this zero stars, then I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST. Shes horrible, the work is not worth the price! Long, long waits, I had to wait three hours, and on top of all that she messed up my teeth bad and now I cant chew on one side of my mouth. Her husband was a drug dealer so thats probably where she got her knowledge from. Shes very rude, and disrespectful to her patients. I would NOT recommend this dentist to anyone!

My children will never go back here again. The receptionist is always rude and snobby and they make appointments for them without letting you know until the day before the appointment. They also try to do work that does not have to be done
