Amazing staff! Walked in no appointment and got seen! Never treated like i didnt have a appointment! Erika Case did my crown fitting, she was VERY concern about my pain. She followed up with at least every other day to make sure, I was ok till my root canal a week later. Dr.Bain did root canal a week later, smooth as butter. He was Very concerned and caring, as much as Erika at Villa rica office. Its great to find a dentist And a staff that CAREs, that concerned and willing to go the extra mile! Sometimes just the care and concern ease up the pain, Erikas heart and passion for her job is a blessing to me and my family. Even after roor canal, she was still following up! Who does that these days!!!?Someone who understands! Both Villa Rica and Bowdon office staff have all treated me like family, nice to find a place so comfortable to go. LOVE the fact to that cleaning is polishing not baking soda blasting!!! To me it feels cleaner! Thank you all of the Staff at both offices! You all have truly blessed me and my husband who hates dentist, he LOVE IT AND IS SPREADING your name as place to go! Thats hugh! Keep going the extra mile with patients, God bless you all!

I went to the villa rica office first where I was told it was a root canal and crown. I was also informed of the amount I should pay on the day of my visit. I had to see Dr. Bain at the Carrollton office where the staff at this location was not on the same page as their villa rica office and they were not the most pleasant to say the least. After going back and forth over what I should pay, Dr. Bain then comes in the procedure room, looks at my x ray, and briefly looked in my mouth and says "Im sorry but your tooth can not be saved and you have 2 choices- an implant or a bridge". He also stated according to the x ray the tooth looked saveable but he recommended the bridge or an implant. I really feel he didnt want to take the time to do the root canal and file the insurance, but instead do the implant where he can have the money upfront vs waiting for insurance to pay. When I said I was going to go get a second opinion and wanted what money I had already paid they were very rude about my decision!! If you are planning on going to this dentist, be sure you know what needs to be done and you have had a 2nd opinion!!

My husband is in excruciating pain from his teeth and his teeth look like they could fall out at anytime and I call this office and explained everything and also explained to them that he didnt have any dental insurance and we live on disability and we couldnt pay for the treatment or visit at the time of the appointment and I was told that we could make payments, but when we got there today we were told that they DONT take or do payment arrangements. We dont have the credit or money to do anything else, so we had to leave without him being seen, because they put money higher than the patients need of help!!!!

It was aweful I will never go back. I have a toothache and ulcers all around my tooth my pain level is extremely high and she sent me away with only a antibiotic and told me she wanted me to see "Dr. Bain" next week to see if he could find out what was going on. She didnt give me anything for my pain so basically I paid $85 for a antibiotic and which I already told her my nurse called me in some antibiotics. Im going to have to stay in pain until next week. Very unprofessional if you ask me. I went because I was in pain and left still in pain until next week. Waste of my time and money.

I was looking for a new dentist in the area for our family and came across Bain Dental Group in Villa Rica through my insurance. I took my daughter for a cleaning and we loved it here right away! Very friendly and very clean! We are back to have cavities filled and for my other daughters cleaning! They both went great! So thankful to have a new dental home!

Today was my first experience with Bain Dental Group. My last dentist overcharged me for things that were unnecessary so I was apprehensive to go to a new place. The staff was exceptional, I didnt have to wait long, and they were upfront with all potential costs. Wonderful experience and I will recommend them to anyone!

They were great i messed up my appointment time but they got me right in did the x-rays, the hygienist was great the whole time while she was taking the x-rays, met with the Dr he was great laid everything out for me to know what needed to be done. I will be going back to get all my work done

Everyone was really nice and professional. The dentist did her job very well and was very knowledgeable. She knew exactly who to refer me to for oral surgery and built a plan of care on the spot for fixing my teeth. The overall experience was smooth and painless.

Came on a day where Carrollton offices were sending their patients to VR office. Though there was difficulty it was still enjoyable place. My hygienist Mika was awesome. Other than that I like this better than GE.
