My son was born November 22nd 2015. He was 10 lbs 7 ounces and our doctor was NOT Dr. Boles. We switched from Doctor Boles a month or so before our son was due because of consistent issues with their office. We constantly received conflicting reports about our sons progress, one situation was regarding a high level of amniotic fluid. They were concerned that the amniotic fluid levels were too high and then suddenly said they were not. Additionally, they made many mistakes during blood work causing additional blood draws that caused my wife to pass out. Finally we only saw Dr. Boles two times throughout our many visits to his office. Most of our check ups were done only by nurses who barely knew which baby they were talking about let alone what they were talking about. When we found a new Doctor... Dr. Boles office refused to release my wifes medical records even though they had a written consent from her to release them. They kept stating some falsified information regarding the Doctor signing off on the records. I had to call the TN health department, get the laws they were violating, threaten them with legal consequences. When I called them that day to ask if the Doctor Boles was in they lied and said he would not be in all day. However, when I showed up to their office in person 15 minutes later... guess who was sitting at his desk with the door open. Dr. Boles... When we switched to a new Doctor, we saw him in person every single appointment and nurses rarely did anything other than minor that basic stuff. The delivery was a complete success and I had complete confidence in our doctor that entire time. Thank God we switched in time... If this wasnt not enough. Today my co-worker told me that their friend just had a baby that was probably not going to make it through the night. They explained the child had suffered from a fractured skull, and cranial bleeding due to excessive pushing performed during labor. Apparently, the Doctor made the woman push hard for too long before performing a C section. The baby is currently in critical care, unable to breath alone, and is suffering seizures due to swelling of the brain. I asked who the Doctor was in charge of the delivery... and you guessed it, it was Dr. Boles. THIS COULD HAVE BEEN MY SON. DONT LET IT BE YOURS! I will be praying for their childs recovery... The only reason I am giving this horrid office 1 star is because google wont let me post this with 0. But all expecting families need to be aware of this man!

The absolute WORST office staff that Ive EVER encountered! They are completely rude, unprofessional, and have NO regard or concern for how they treat their patients! Dont even bother telling Dr. Boles about the attitude problem his staff has because he does not care and will only defend them! Also, instead of addressing the problem with his staff, he wanted to place the blame on my pregnant daughter saying that she shouldve been nicer. REALLY???!!!! If you go to this office you are making a HUGE MISTAKE! Not only is the staff EXTREMELY RUDE, they are also incompetent! They cant even clear up a yeast infection that shes had for a month now! She will not be continuing her care with this office nor will she ever see them again!

Worst obgyn!! Dr Boles is always rude with me. His nurses always have attitudes. I call and tell them Im in pain what should I do and the nurse only tells me well you have missed 2 appointments how do you want us to help and you cant come in. Which I did reschedule. Dr Boles told me he couldnt find my babys heartbeat which he really didnt even try so I went to the er worried and he scheduled me an ultrasound the next day and when I come to the appointment the next day he tells me well why did you come in here if you already went to the hospital. They are twisted and dont care about their patients.

Loved my nurses and when I finally met him felt comfortable becauae he knows what he is doing. There was one girl at the front desk that was not only rude but super childlike. She had a baby 2016 and honestly, office was better off without her. I only had a long wait one time. And though I dodnt meet him will like a few visits before I went into labor, I recommend him for all the important reasons.

I have never waited so long to pee in a cup in my whole life! Every visit is over an hour and a half wait! Ive never met the doctor. I switched doctors to dr. Boles because I heard great things... I would rather pay the 5,000$ cash to a doctor that was on time. Didnt overbook. Met with his patients and cared! Having "insurance" isnt worth this headache.

Dr Boles is my OB dr and so far I like him he has always been there for me from start til now and Im 21 weeks.Office is very clean and nice workers there.
