When I visited Dr. laRoches office, I had the pleasure of meeting with Katie Rosenhagen. She was such a sweet lady, very personable, willing to answer all questions I had and did not make me feel like I was being rushed out of the office. I used to see Dr. McGowan at the Womens Health Specialist and she always made me feel rushed, didnt want to spend time answering questions and their office staff and billing group were always messing up my appointments and bills. I am soooo glad I made the switch to Dr. LaRoches office. I see people complaining about the billing however, when I received my bill for $154.10, I immediately contacted the office and set up a payment arrangement. I never had any problems. Communication is so vital and solves many problems .

I had not met my deductible and had a polyp removed during my yearly, I received a bill for $200.00, I paid $50.00 the week I received the bill with the intent to pay the balance the following month after taking care of some other bills. Just two weeks after making the first payment, I received a call about my statement balance. It is unfortunate that this office prioritizes money over patient care, but they have made that clear. I informed the person that I would be paying again in another week on my payday as I always pay my bills. I have paid the lab fees, I have paid my primary doctor, I have paid for the biopsy - theirs is the ONLY office that has ever called to collect - and I am actively paying on the account. SHAMEFUL!

They are completely about money. I had overpaid on my copay wasnt made aware until a year later and then found a way to charge me a year later. I also feel like birth control was pushed to increase visits. Not a fan
