If I could give negative 4 stars I certainly would, Dr.Longie lied about his first visit free and his bedside manor is atrocious. My first visit was due to stress knots in my neck badly enough I could barely move my neck from side to side, it was supposed to be free exam, x rays and consultation. However since he aligned me since I was in such pain I had to pay. He then had me return later in the day after he could “study my x rays and other testings”. Upon returning, the desk receptionist assured me this visit would be free since I had to pay the first time and I meet with Dr.Longie, who in turn tells me that I need to come see him 3 times a week for the next months at $45 a pop (more of a co pay if my insurance refused to let me go that many times) due to a “dire condition with my twisted spinal cord” when I explained I could not afford such expenses, he raised his voice berating me and stating, "he could not help me at all if I couldnt be serious about my state of health and promise to come 3 times a week" for (undetermined) months. After this he begins a story about his mother dying and if she would have only listened to him she might have lived longer. Well with all due respect if he spoke to her like he did me, I can see why she did not listen. I was in tears and was completely torn down. He was completely insensitive and money hungry. He said no the second visit wasnt free; "if he laid one hand on me I would be charged again." The old saying theres no free lunch is certainly reinforced by Dr.Longies office. I wouldnt refer him to my worst enemy. Also, my "dire condition" cleared up after a wonderful massage therapist worked on my neck and shoulder for an hour.

I was extremely dissapointed and offended. Dr. Longie was extremely nice the first free consulation visit. Although we were unable to afford the suggested care advice at this moment I was planning on future ways to save money in order to recieve treatment. I experienced onset sudden pain and needed treatment, so I came back for the 2nd visit. However; because I did not sign a contract guaranteeing thousands of dollars; he would not treat me.. His exact words, "Im not going to be an every 6 month chiropractor" When I told him we just couldnt afford it right now, his response, "I dont really believe that, because there are credit cards" I was in extreme pain and needed help from a doctor who would not help. I guess he doesnt really care about growing or keeping his business! As a business woman, I know how crucial customer care and satisfaction is to a successful business and you dont just loose one client...especially a potential client who has a huge network of people. Opperantly I am not the only one who has had a negative experience. Contrary to all the wonderful reviews on google, everone I have spoken to about him has heard of or experienced the same. Its very unfortunate.

Both Dr. Longie and Dr. Todd are excellent doctors. I rate them 5+. My husband and I were patients of Dr.Longie for about 7 years. My husbands back hurt so bad he could hardly get out of bed. Our granddaughter was in a pre-school class. Our previous Doctors staff that we had used for years said he couldnt see my husband that day. I told them it was an emergency. That didnt matter. The lady at the desk at the pre-school told me that Dr. Longie could see him as a walk-in. We had to wait until Dr. Longie got back from lunch. My husband was able to walk out of Dr. Longies office. Dr. Longie had to retire for health reasons and Dr.Todd is my new Chiropractor. He is excellent too. He has a fantastic personality and he does a good job. I really like him. I dont know how John Causley is listed but he is my grandson. My name is Velma Allison. I am 81 years old. .

I have experienced chiropractic care in the past with great results so I was looking forward to my first appointment with Dr. Longie. I received a gift certificate for a free consultation and x-rays a couple of weeks prior and was able to schedule an appointment which fit my schedule. Dr. Longie, as well as all of his staff, were professional and knowledgeable and I felt very welcome as a new patient. The staff discussed a treatment plan with me which included several different payment options. I was able to choose what worked best for me. I began to experience relief from back pain immediately and after several adjustments was free from pain in the mornings when I woke up. I am continuing with my treatment plan and know that my spine will be in optimal health and easier to maintain by the end. I highly recommend Dr. Longie and his friendly staff!

Im a very active person. At the age of 25 I was having some serious back problems. I was just tolerating them from day to day and they would just come and go. I had been to Longie Chiropractic in the past for some quick fixes and just stopped going once the pain was gone. But as time pasted my back pain had got to the point where it was a struggle to get thru a day of work or even do an of the physical activities. I was wearing a back brace and having to hold my breath just to do certain things. So I had just had enough and I knew Dr. Longie had helped me before so I made an appointment and seen him as soon as possible. After the first visits I felt so much tension release and the majority of the pain leave. Since then I havent stopped going and I dont see myself ever stopping.

It took a couple of visits for me to get to know and understand Dr. Longie, but after each subsequent visit, I have grown to appreciate his skill, knowledge and understanding of the human body. I have experienced significant relief after only a few short weeks. My only regret, is that I did not discover him sooner! His staff is very kind and courteous. The office is well-managed and structured. It is a calm and subdued environment, promoting a sense of peace and relaxation prior to any adjustments. This is important to me. I would recommend any family member or friend to Dr. Longie. Thank you Dr. Longie and staff! I had stopped going to the chiropractor for almost 2 years and was in desperate need to be seen again. Dr Todd and his staff are absolutely wonderful! I cannot say enough about them all. I was having neck and back pain from sports injuries and within 2 months I am off all medication just by getting regular adjustments twice a week. Dr Todd has also given me a plan for home to maintain my health. He truly cares about his patients and our well being. Very thankful for his practice and keeping me on a path to a healthy future! Highly recommended if you have ever considered chiropractic care and if you havent, you should!
