Everyone I met was friendly, and the office looked clean, but it was the worst dental experience of my life. Patient comfort is not a priority for them. I have never been in so much pain during a dental appointment. They attempted a root canal for me, ran into trouble about an hour into it and then recommend I go to a specialist. During this visit, I was actually contemplating how having all my teeth pulled might be a better experience. The dentist kept pulling on the side of my mouth like a fish hook and shining the light in my eyes. As I was leaving he recommended that I fill the prescription for narcotics immediately before any of the numbing wore off. I was in a lot of pain! Three weeks later, I went to the specialist -- Dr. Buffy Storm at Middle Tn Endodontics was wonderful!! Her and her office really cared about patient comfort! But since Murfreesboro Dental Excellence had already created my crown, I had to return there to have the final crown placed. The placing of the crown was 10 times more painful than the actual root canal. I was not numbed in anyway. Removing the temporary cement crown was very difficult. Placing the new crown felt like he was shoving it into my eyeballs. Once placed, they needed to take x-rays to make sure all the cement was gone. The assistant took a painful x-ray, noticed cement, flossed between my teeth until my gums bled, rinsed and took another x-ray. She repeated this process at least SIX TIMES. By the fourth time, I was crying. The x-ray plate and the flossing hurt so much! Four days later, I still have a sore in the bottom of my mouth from the x-ray plate. Plus, this same assistant was sniffling the whole time with a cold and didnt have her nose covered with her mask most of the visit. As if I needed any additional torture, the iPod in the exam room was stuck on the same song for at least 20 minutes. I started noticing the clock after the third time it repeated and I pointed that out. It still wasnt changed for another 14 minutes. As I said at the beginning of this review, everyone I encountered seemed very nice and friendly, but paying attention to my comfort was very low on their priority list.

I am a United States Naval Vetetan and had heard great things about this dental clinic...two weeks ago i started the process of getting dentures top and bottom...first the staff very friendly, always smiling and know you by name. When i went in as you can probably imagine i was a little scared and unsure of the process my dentisr Dr Chapman is the very best he was honest and very caring he explained everything to me and answered all my questions in detail...then came the cost which again i knew would be expensive but with insurance and the fact that they allowed me to make monthly payments it all worked out fantastic...ok the day they pull all the top teeth they had me take a anxiety pill 1 hr before my procedure and another when i arrived also i had gas to say the least i dont remember much and woke to my fabulous immediate denture...everyone i see cant believe its an immediate they all say it looks like your permanent teeth..anyway if you need dental work done GO HERE..When they answer the phone they say how can i make you smile. Well they have sure done that for me now i cant stop smiling with tbe fantastic job they have done...have never been excited for a dental appointment before i knew Dental Excellence thank you for everything see you in December...Lisa Flick

The worest root canal, dentist took just 20 mintues to do all the process at once, we got an appointment for 2-3 hours to fill three teeth include root canal for one of them, he finish all of them in 45 minutes, we started one hour late because he had another patient and during our time another patient was waiting him, you can imagine why he didnt clean the canals well and why he didnt fill the roots to the bottom (apex), we surprised when he said he is done and went to the another patient, and the big surprise was when we saw the X-ray and how short is the roots, I speaked to him his answer was may be can get infammation or the if do more trouble take it out, or see specialist. We have paid all that money so save the teeth but sorry for us to meet such people.
