Great Kids, Great Concept, Nice Building however; Poor Management hence the high turnover rate. Special Kids management team to my knowledge was either fired, or they left to find better jobs over the last few months. High turnover rates effects the quality of care one can experience. I believe the board should change Sr. Management. My wife worked here for 9.5 years and was fired without one write up. She was there to cry with you with your childs successes, and visited your children in the hospitals. Never seen the top brass there. Sr. Management has fired several women who are able to speak up for themselves, and are fired without justification. The State of Tennessee has backed my statement up in regards to my wifes firing by a Sr. Manager. I have the paper from Tennessee; so I can say that. I encourage customers to start asking questions, and looking for other options for there children. Its time for a change and a new direction!!! Its time to change Sr. Management!!

These guys are awesome! My daughter has been attending for a couple years and has flourished tremendously while in the loving care of these staff members and nurses! The nurses truly show the love Christ has for children, no matter the physical or mental limitations! I will truly be sad when my daughter has to start attending public school! I am truly proud to call the team at special kids family!

The staff, administration and therapists are among the best. He attended during 2013-2014. They are attentive, caring and understanding, I couldnt have asked for a better place for my son to have therapy to address his special needs.
