I have been with them for 6 years and it will NEVER change. You have schedulers that know nothing about medical that try to put nurses with your child that know NOTHING about their complex care. You also have other office staff that just fail to communicate PERIOD!!! I have gone to Office Manager (Will) and get the same BS. I have repeatedly asked for nurses that arent military wives/girlfriends (because they leave within 6-9mos) . My child NEEDS consistency as well as a nurse that WANTS to take care of him & be a part of his "successes" NOT one that thinks shes gonna sit on her @$$ & watch TV, play on cell phone, or even GO OUT & SMOKE (trache patient)...REALLY!!! We have gone through so many "bad" nurses it just scares me to think Im having to get go through more interviews to replace a nurse now. They miss shifts a lot too...and the on call service STINKS

the company is not ran very well. the scheduling has alot to be desired. my son is totally disabled. at least once a week we are left with no aide. twice this week we have not had an aide. we would have replaced them but no one else takes my sons insurance. this has been going on almost 2 1/2 years. it is unacceptable and should be addressed by higher up. i could go on by each incedient but i think this is enough for now. sincerely, donna suttles

I dont normally give bad reviews but this was a very bad experience. They Need better management! Lots of scheduling issues which leaves family without help. The things they say they offer changes once youre in the door and I learned that the hard way. Best to just keep on looking for another home health company who can properly provide staff and the care needed. Honesty is the key and thats something they lack. No stars from me!
