Very unprofessional and not concerned with a diagnosis, only that you return and spend money. After already having a bad experience I was sent to Dr. Kamran. He picked and chose which symptoms he wanted to treat and which he didnt even put down in my file. He refused to do the tests my primary care doctor requested and did two of his own to determine the cause of only two of my symptoms. (Out of a long list that had been worsening over the last year, the symptoms he chose were the most recent development). It showed a lot of gallbladder sludge he deemed "unimportant" and decided to ignore, then decided his only option was a coloscopy which my insurance doesnt cover. When I told him this, He decided he would treat for IBS (according to my primary means "I dont know what Im doing so Ill just treat the symptoms", and the medication made my symptoms worse. When I went back he told me he had to do a colonoscopy again. If there is anything worse than his diagnostic skills, its his manners. When I reminded him that I couldnt afford the colonoscopy and asked if there were ANY other options, the tests my primary asked for, another medication, ANYTHING, he laughed in my face and told me to get better insurance... and then walked out on me without even a handshake or a goodbye. Do not trust this man with your care, he doesnt care about you or a diagnosis and will not make any real attempt to fix your problem.

He turned a simple hemorrhoid issue into a full on colonoscopy and unnecessary banding leaving me in the most excruciating pain, even several weeks post-procedure. I trusted him as a medical professional and authority in this area, but come to find out--- not one part of my procedure was needed. at all. I now live in miserable pain every single day and when I went back to ask about it, I was told it would just take more time to heal... when he originally told me just a few days. To say I am mad is an understatement. One of the nurses even told my husband while i was waking up from the procedure, how surprised he was that I was having anything done at all. But then, I guess thats my fault for trusting a doctor, right? -_-

The staff here is unprofessional. Unprofessional as in, if you use the incorrect word to describe something, theyll correct you & keep correcting you. How petty is that? Weve been due a refund for months now & no one has initiated our refund. Ive already advised them we were not interested in using our overpayment for future office visits, but they still keep holding our money. Illegal and unethical practices all the way around. Money driven & lack of empathy for any patient coming into their office. If you want someone to be rude and condescending to you, while you are forced to leave all of your dignity on the table because youre about to have strangers and a camera up your colon, then this is the place for you!
