Poor patient service and after therapy is completed the physical therapist,specifically I believe her name is Carla is very rude when attempting to attend independent therapy on Tuesday and Thursdays. The receptionist Alexia?? also discourages you from trying to continue independent physical therapy by telling you that the facility has to close early so "they" can leave early. I was told the facility was open until 7pm and not 6:30pm and 6:45pm as these two women have told me. This may cause more antagonism from these individuals but someone needs to speak out. They encourage you to continue therapy while you are attending physical therapy but then try to set you back when you try to do so by intimidating you from independent therapy.

I think this place is great. I am not a patient, but a student completing an internship here and I can tell you these guys are top notch. I was surprised by a few bad reviews (the people in the other google one dont work there anymore). The therapists here take pride in their patient care. They provide the best evidence-based techniques for each patient. You will not find them using a cookie-cutter approach here like other outpatient places, but creating a treatment program specific to your deficits. They have a great facility with lots of equipment and they have a pool for aquatic therapy! As a PT student Ive interned at lots of clinics and this is definitely a great spot

I have been happy with the care I have received thus far. I was a little frustrated when I first started going because several therapists were transferring to different locations and I basically had to start over with a new therapist every week. I think it would have been better to schedule new patients with someone they could work with for an extended period of time. This has nothing to do with the quality of care the therapists provided which again has been high quality.
