Weve taken our pets to Brown Trail for several years, because the vets there are outstanding. Ive been to a few other vet clinics in the Grapevine-Euless-Bedford area, and they were all staffed by competent vets, but Brown Trail is a cut above the rest. We adopted a kitten three years ago, and immediately discovered she was very sick. The veterinarians at Brown Trail took great care of her. They sent us home with the appropriate medications and clear instructions. We were worried about her, because she was less than three months old, but she began to recover quickly once she started the medication. I still remember how relieving it was to see that. This type of business isnt like a dry cleaning service or a car wash. Like many pet owners, we consider our pets to be part of our family, and if one of them gets sick, I want them to get the best care possible. Our cat had a rough start in life, with two infectious diseases at only 3 months old, but today she is happy, healthy, playful, and very loving. Im grateful to the vets at Brown Trail for that. Actually, their youngest and least experienced veterinarian once did an operation on my relatives dog, and her performance of the surgery was flawless. I visited them about a week or so afterwards, and you would never know she had been through recent surgery. She recovered quickly and without complications. Whether its for routine vaccinations, or if one of our pets happens to get sick, I really do trust them at Brown Trail with their care. Thats my objective opinion after over three years of my pets being their patients.

Ive brought 3 of my pets to this location over the last 10 yrs. My older pet was brought here after a few bad experiences at other vet clinics. Dr Campbell was so wonderful. When that pet passed away, they were so wonderful with her palliative care. They were so kind to me during my grieving. When i got a new kitty a few years later, I took him back here and Dr Campbell was just as wonderful with him. She even told him that she took care of his predasessor. She really cares. I was very sad when Dr Campbell left the practice. Her successor Dr Murphy and Dr hageny have been wonderful. Ive been having some issues with my 2nd kitty and they have been so helpful in helping me trying to figure out whats wrong with her. They really do treat your pets as they are your own children.

No words can express how HAPPY we are to be at Brown Trail. Had a big surgery 3 weeks ago and surgeon didnt give us any post op care. Bottom line the other surgeon and staff wouldnt take us serious when called for help. I called Brown Trail in panic and BAM!!! we were in that day! Linda got right on getting records transferred ASAP, down to the visit with Matt and Dr Murphy treating puppies post surgery issue. Two days later and he is feeling so much better. OH and let me tell you how pleasant and totally compassionate to us they were. So relaxing from the moment you walk in and greeted by caring staff. Search no more, this is your last Vet stop. Thank you Linda for the call back today checking on pup.

Ive taken both my cats here several times, great experience every time. A little pricier, but i would rather pay a little more and provide my furry family the best care in the area than bring them somewhere else. Friendly,helpful staff, frequent updates on how your pet is doing if you drop off, very clean, they actually take the time to really look over your pet, and of coarse great care. Some places might be cheaper, but then they try to cram as many pets in as little time as they can, which is not the best situation for your pet if youre needing something other than a vaccine. Go to a place that cares as much as you do!

I asked for the cost of spaying my puppy before I booked an appointment and was told $368.94. The level of specificity lead me to believe that this was an exact price. Being understanding in the nature of a business, I budgeted $370 - $380. On the morning that I brought my puppy, they told me that it was $530.xx with some optional services, but no less than $445.xx for all required services. Thats $65 - $150 more than I had budgeted. If they had been more accurate in their quoting, I wouldnt have wasted my time or theirs today.

The team on Brown Trail is absolutely wonderful ! my cat Sasha gets the best treatment I could ever wish for ... I wish I got that kind of treatment at my doctors office !!! Ive heard nothing but great things about this animal hospital ... a good friend referred me and Im so glad he did. I have never trusted any veterinarian this much ... I have complete confidence and trust in them ... if anyone had an issue with this office, I would be totally surprised, I doubt it very much Thank you for all you do!

So they offer text...but dont respond. You update your info but they still contact you through old information. If you like inconsistency this is your place. You pay out the ass while the owners buddies never get invoiced...but if thats what you are looking for...this is the place. Ive been coming here for several years and I honestly have no idea why....oh its cause Im too lazy to find a new place and start over. They are very pricey.

Our dog, Sally, ran into a picnic table at the dog park. She had a cut just below her eye and we took her to get it checked. They took the time to work her into their busy schedule and thanks to Dr. Hageny she was treated and deemed to be all right with just a laceration that didnt require stitches. She had to wear a cone but after a few days she was back to normal.

For the many years we have been at BTAC, the vets have had care and concern for our many King Charles Cavaliers. Our Cavaliers have provided unique medical challenges and the vets have not stopped until they found the right treatment. Their dedication allowed us to enjoy our first two Cavaliers for several years longer than expected.

Wonderful experience every time! I found the Dr.s at brown trail 3 years ago and my dog and I both have always been treated amazing every visit. The Dr.s are very knowledgeable and trustworthy, they definitely make you feel comfortable when they are handling your pet. They also staff a great set of helpers that are also very caring.

I was referred by my sister and have since referred a great friend. Dr. Weicht and Dr. Campbell have been so wonderful with my two dogs for years. I have a dog with a health issue and they have been so knowledgeable and helpful. Linda and Matt in the office are beyond wonderful when I bring my dogs in and the follow up is great.

Called for pricing. Hesitant about giving approx. of bill for annual shots. Best I could get was each doctor has their own price. WHAT?! A potential customer should not feel like we are pulling some kind of interrogation of the business. Im not a competitor. Just a consumer trying to get the best price. Give me a break, Betty.
