DO NOT Use Healthcore Physicians Group!! They are so rude and do not help at all!! The Worst Customer Service!! I was a patient of Healthcore and recently was sick. I had an awful cough and barely could talk. I called Healthcore to schedule a sick visit for that day for any doctor in the practice besides Dr. Phan. My original doctor had moved and they transferred me to Dr. Phan a couple years ago. He missed my diagnosis of mono. I told Melissa ( the lady on the phone) that I wanted to see Dr. Walraven or anyone else that I was not going to see a Dr that missed my diagnosis. She said that I would have to put in a formal request to transfer and both doctors had to approve. That is ridiculous!! What am I supposed to do in the mean time if I am SICK!! She did not care. If I am a patient of that group, I should be able to see any doctor in the practice! I will not be going back there. I already changed to a complete different practice. My family goes there and will not be returning either!! There is a decent and respectable way to treat people and Healthcore does the complete opposite!!

I have been a patient at this practice since 2013. Dr. Phan is my physician and he has met all expectations. His medical assistants are very professional. The lab people are friendly and very careful with blood draws and the like. The Saturday walk in clinic is a blessing. I have used it several times and it saved me much pain and anguish. I was seen by Dr. Wooley once and most recently by Dr. Khambati. Both were extremely helpful and saved me a long weekend of sickness. Ive read some negative reviews but counter to those I have found most everyone is the practice to be professional, courteous and helpful. If you are looking for a new physician I highly recommend Dr. Phan or Dr. Khambatti.

I have liked the Healthcore group very much over the years. I really like the walk in clinic on Saturdays. Monica, Dr. Phans assistant, has always been cheerful and helpful and it is nice that staff like her has worked their for years - getting to know patients, etc... I like Dr. Phan and find the place to be very user friendly!

Used to be able to contact my doctor, now vm only that might not be answered for days. Front desk staff rude, nurse tried to override doctor. This is not a good place. I love my doctor but dislike this office.

Not helpful. Front Staff is rude and cannot be bothered. I am truly sad because Dr. Randall Wooley and Dr. McKinney are amazing but due to the front staff I will never go there again.
