Poorest display of customer service I have ever experienced just simply trying to make an appointment. Staff was unconcerned and left it up to me to ensure documents were faxed to them from my PCP. Even though they were faxed three weeks ago, it was up to me to follow up, have them refaxed - twice, and now Im told they dont have an available appointment until September - three months from now!?!?!?!?!? Ridiculous and little to no regard was shown. I am beyond frustrated! Hopefully, the way the front end staff handles business is no reflection of the care you receive from the doctor herself, but I dont have the patience to find out. Good luck!!!! This process left me even more drained than I already am so I remain on the hunt for an endocrinologist.

I was very impressed with Dr. Popa and her whole staff. When I got there I was checked in swiftly and the waiting room had a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Popa herself is very professional and explained things to me that no other endo had ever explained to me. We spoke about my uncomfortability with my current weight and we talked about what I could do in regards to changing my diet, not be on a diet but do a lifestyle change, and she told me that it will take time but start slow and build my way to where I want to be. I got my blood work results back in less than 24 hours! Which is a record in my book. I was impressed and will not have to worry at all about seeing her in 6 months.

I faxed over my paperwork last week and they told me that they have it and they will give me a call back Monday when the doctor views it the staff never called me back so I called back and now they tell me they dont have my paper work so why lie and tell me that they had it and then now they dont so the staff has very very poor service Ive been trying to call since two days and theyre not even answering my phone calls and are not returning my phone calls either I wanted to make an appointment with the dr befor they get booked up but I guess the staff has no consideration for any one the staff is terrible I will never know if the doctor is good or bad because of the staff

I was on hold 26 min and she said she did not remember to put me on hold .... I called second time, she put me on hold stating that she has ONLY one appointment for the whole next month
